someone called me from this number but i never answered at 12:23PM today May 28,08

I received a call from this number on May 27 12:01 pm but didn't answer it either. The area code indicates it's coming from somewhere in Michigan. I live in London Ontario and don't know anyone in Michigan. Telemarketer perhaps?

I live in Kingston Ontario and can't get these people to stop calling. I wish they would bugger off. It bugs me that when I pick up no one is there.
