Wanted me to press 0 to leave my input on the situation, but it wasn't for me. I just got the cell phone 2 days ago & they've called both days. Got a voice mail that said Health and Financial Services and gave me a file number and another number to call 1-866-744-5641. Saying a file review and needed my statement.

Has called every day for about a week, never leaves a message. I dont answer any numbers I dont know and I never call them back if they dont leave a message!

I called yet again, and this time a gentleman answered "H.F.S., how can I help you?" When I inquired a bit more, he said it was "Halsted Financial"...I have no idea who they are, but they're probably another debt collection agency.

The number called me earlier today, when I called back, someone said, "this is Lori, how may I help you?" and then hung up. When I called back, a gentleman answered and said "Cross State Financial" I think, and then hung up. When I called a third time, someone picked up the phone and then hung up. Weird.

I answered but there was no one there. It might've been legit but they didn't call back.
