Name showed up as an Isaac Bafford. Called back from a secured phone and discovered the service is through Magic Jack.
Caller called back. Background noise sounded industrial,  like maybe a call center.  Black female asked about an item I listed in Craigslist.  
It's a scam company.

BEWARE!  A man called my friend saying he was "Dave Sayer" and told her to "go to Walmart and buy a $499 Green Dot Pak Card to give to the IRS agent when Publisher's Clearing House delivers her prize today: $1 million dollars and a 2014 Mercedes Benz.  We gave him my cell phone number as I was going to go purchase it as they could not get out.  Now, he keeps calling me for the number on the back of the card.  It did not take us long to realize it was a scam and I did not buy a $499 card.  The thief would simply take the number and spend the money as cash and my friend would never see any prize at all.  NEVER buy a cash card and give anyone the scratch off number on the back of the card!  That's like giving away all the money on the card!

This guy calls himself Andreas and has scammed my mother out of money. he routs his calls through magic jack. Oh yea I am triangulating your calls. I will find you!

INDIAN MAN CALLED MY PHONE CLAIMING TO WORK AT MICROSOFT AND WANTES MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND WAS HOSTILE. HAS MY IP ADRESS AND CLAIMS THAT I WILL BE CHARGED BY THE FBI BECAUSE OF SOMEONE HACKING MY PC AND THEY NEED TO FIX IT. HE CONTROLLED MY COMPUTER WITHOUT ME KNOWING!!!

I got a call too it was a kid pranking me. There's no one specific person behind this I think it's a internet app that lets you make calls and people just use that

I just received an annoying call from this immature person who couldn't stop laughing to finish her prank.  I called back and it was indeed a magic jack caller.  They have to much time on their hands.  They have stores that are hiring for overnights if they just need something to do. I don't have time for that.  

This person phoned and wanted to inquire about a house I have on craigslist.  they said they are in Afghanistan now and will be needing a place to  live 4-5 weeks when they return....

From your Cell Phone go to Apps, search app for "blocking calls", it is a lot for free and up to $1.99, download the application and block this a***ole

This was the number showed when I installed the magic jack application on my phone to call my relatives abroad. I was surprised about all the comments at this number. Now I conclude that the magic jack application is just rotating phone numbers

Im an escort and he called to say he went to the Dr and that he had AIDS and now I had AIDS (because he claimed to have saw me previously months ago). He couldnt give any details about me and I also dont perform an services putting me in this kinda of danger. Completely not funny and disrespectful and was a lie. I see he just likes to bother people.

This is a group of scammers from Nigeria. I was talking to a guy from a dating site & next thing I know his in Nigeria & needing help home. He claims his from Florida & this is his #. I blocked him & he still continues to call using private # & leaves mean messages on my yahoo. He also sends text & has tried to use my # to open fake accounts in other dating sites. Beware his a scammer. Goes by many names..mainly Kedric Louise.

I rec'd 3 or 4 calls from this number last evening.  The connection was bad and I couldn't understand anything.  Having known someone w/ a similar nbr, I called back.  Whoever answered the phone was speaking some language I didn't recognize, and kept yelling the same phrase over & over.
It did take me two tries to get through, and - with the first one - I got some msg about Skype.

Received a call from a Mr. Butterfield stating that I had won 9.5 millions dollars and that the company has paid 95% of the taxes and that I just owe the other 5%.  I told him that if you win money you don't have to send money to get the winnings.  Tried to make it sound very real.  Be careful because this is a scam.

scam. woman pretended she was from my bank but could not name my bank. she was trying to get me to give her my account number over the phone.

Don't know if this number actually exists, but I've had the 4961 number call me at work (more than likely) and my mother's cell phone about a debt i don't recall having. He said it was one of the online loan sites, but I could barely understand him (he spoke in a thick foreign accent). He threatened my mother, saying that if i didn't call back in 15 minutes, he would have me arrested in 30 minutes.

When i try to call it back.. it says something about "magic jack"
