I have received this email 3 times..all different amounts owed.  I never started doing internet loans until 2010 and they are trying to say I did this in 2007...not possible.  I have reported to authorities and told them I did.  Didnt hear anything for 3 months then I get another one.I emiled the loan company and they warned me that there was a scam going around the world using their company.

I got the exact same email message on September 30, 2013 at 7:33am.  The only difference was the name of the law firm at the end of the message. The firm named on my message is NCS Law Firm; however, the phone number: 239-494-3300 is the same for all of the other law firms noted in other email messages. Obviously a scam. After learning that payday lending is illegal in PA where I reside, I immediately took action and ridded myself of payday loans including reporting some to my state's banking department and attorney general. I was able to get a legitimate loan from my employer's credit union. Wished I would have done that sooner. Stay away from payday loans, they sell your information and that is why I continue to get these obnoxious email and phone messages. You can't be arrested for a debt.

I get them from both emails accts i have.  From Advance cash america to another name,.  Pcs law group to NCS law group how many law groups is Matt working for.  If you are called take the information but be prepared for the treats.  This falls under homeland security now as a domestic act of terrorism.  You tell them if they call you again you will contact homeland security.  You can thank Fox News for this they covered the story and ran with it.  I get phone calls from people that are from India sounds like.  All a big scam by a company called america debt collectors!

These are our "usual" Pakistani/Indian "boiler room" friends - instead of phone calls, now they've gone to emails - hilarious - and stupid and scam.

This is the original email I just received today with no information other than threatening me with legal action if I don't pay...don't know who this is or what it's about.  This is not the first email I've received; I've also been called on my cell...twice messages were actually left!  I've reported each incident to the FBI fraud dept in Los Angeles (I live in CA), the FTC, BBB, the RipoffReport.com, and local police as well as consumer agencies.
Each time I've actually spoken with someone, it's always a man or a woman with a very thick accent, perhaps Indian, really hard to understand some of them.  The woman who left a message on my cell was actually shouting!!!
I'm reporting this incident as well.  That's my advice to anyone being contacted by this group or any other like them.  The FBI is aware of the scam going on throughout the country but it's advisable to report anything like this to them.

I have received the same email and received "my final notification" today!!!  WOO HOO!!! LOL maybe they will stop emailing me...

If it is a legitimate collection agency you will not be harrassed with calls or emails but through the good old postal service in a letter stating exactly everything about the debt you owe.

What they do is very illegal.

DO NOT Pay them a dime!

I got the email above a few months ago.  Then they were ACS.  When I emailed back I wasn't paying because not only had I never gotten a loan from the company named in the email, a Google search had revealed this was a scam used to get money from people.  He emailed me back saying the case had been downloaded and he'd see me in court.  I emailed him back and said I wasn't falling for it and let him know I Googled the case number and he'd used it multiple times already.  He emailed back and called me a crook.

Now this phone number is showing up in an email from NCS Law Group.  I got an email from them this morning with that same phone number at the bottom.  Sad part is an NCS called me a couple of months ago claiming I was going to be served with court papers if I didn't pay that day.  Then she wouldn't give me so much as a fax number or email and it was like pulling teeth to even get her to say NCS, but she wanted me to authorize them to take hundreds of dolllars off a debit card.  I asked her if she would do it if she were me.  She said if I wanted to avoid the charges I would.  I told her I wasn't paying and what she was doing was illegal.  Then the supposed processor called and said she was on the way and it was my last chance to get off her schedule and I needed to pay in 30 minutes.  Guess she got lost.

Guess a lot of them have gotten lost.  Quite a few times someone was supposedly coming in 30 minutes and no one ever has shown up.  I had to let HR at work know about this because they called them once.

Got the same email.  A month ago they tried this under a different name.  PCS. now they call themselves ACS.  Odd that the only type of payment they would consider is Money Pak.  Just for grins I checked the Money Pak site online and there is no way that Money Pak handles "legal" claims like this.
