Do not call. Take my name & # off your list

Keep getting calls to "lower credit card debt" ... on do not call list, no running balances on credit cards. I get hung up on when I request to be removed from thier calling list. Happens 5x a week!

The FTC does not track these call centers anymore.  Most are outside US jurisdiction.  You can file thousands of complaints and it won't make any difference.  The FTC does not trace calls back to their origins and truth be told, our government is aware of where the call centers are but they do not consider them important.  If filing complaints makes people happy then fine but for those getting upset when nothing is done they just need to use some form of call blocking.

www.ftc.gov   and  REPORT EVERY CALL YOU GET FROM THESE SCUM!!!

Enough complaints and they will prosecute.

They don't need the name of the calling company.  They will use the time of the call and YOUR number to back trace the call to its source.   Most all of these scam / spam calls are coming from internet phone systems and the number that shows up on your caller ID system is FAKE or SPOOFED so that YOU can't find them or call them back and harass them - but that is NOT the case with the FTC.   They can use YOUR number and back trace these vermin right to their home or business.

Any call whether it is internet based or actually telephone based can be traced back to its source.  The key is to report EVERY CALL.  If the FTC gets enough complaints they can act on them - not enough and the scum get away with it.

Get on the DNC List and report all of the calls that are in violation - they will prosecute - but if you just go to sites like this and post here only, there is NOTHING that can be done from the FTC standpoint.

They called me, but left no message. On my calling back, nobody answered, only music played. No way to remove from call list. This is either harassment or unwanted solicitation. Other people have had problems with this number calling them with unwanted solicitation. I filed this text as a formal complaint at http://www.donotcall.gov. Here's what they said: "Thank you for filing your complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.

Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action."

This number called my cell phone twice today.  I tried to call back and just get endless music.  I have no idea who they are, but they are clearly annoying me and leave no message on my voicemail.

Reporting to the Online DNC is fine and works, but, if the Co. calling you won't tell you their name they can't do anything.

These peoplecall me severaql times a week, twice today.  I am on the do not call list and have specifically asked them not to call again.  How do I get them to stop?

Unwanted call - called back to tell them not to call - just got some music.

I spoke directly to the FTC and they said that you need to report the calls on the do not call list as a complaint     they can't do anything when you report them on this type of web site.   so please please when you get these calls go  to the do not call list.gov and report them there

Daily this place calls, it is annoying I've tried pushing 3 to stop them, 1 to talk to them, they just hang up. Finally I've reported them for robocalls on the do not call list site, we'll see what happens now.

Refinance my credit card debt?

This is one more outsourced credit collection agency harassing me for people I don't know, have never heard of andhave not had this Tel. # for at least 17 years.  When I call them I am reassured that my number will be deleted from all computer generated call lists.   Clearly this is NOT HAPPENING.

How can we stop this!!!!!!???  Says they allow lower interest rate.  I have NO charges. How do they get our numbers?  Cannot call back.  Very frustrating.  If "do not call" list doesn't work, what does?  Finally pushed 3 to stop calls.

Just waste their time after hitting 1 to speak to them and then tell them what pieces of dirt they are.

Same issue.  Multiple calls per week to lower my interest rate.  National "do not call list" doesn't work
