Have you ever lived in any apartments managed by Sawyer Realty Holdings?
I  have heard that they have an inhouse collections division named SR? collections.

Sawyer has several properties mostly in the east in Maryland, Virginia, and Penn, as well as Florida, Alabama, and possibly Georgia and others.

It is a debt collector called Fair Collections, I know because it was on my credit report. When I contacted them they said I own money. I told them I want the bill 5 months later no bill or proof I own any money. So now I just ignor them and filed a complaint with each credit agency.

Kathryn Summer left a message on my voicemail from this number. She said to call her due to a "very important business matter."

I just got a call from that same number, with that same name. What is it?

Not sure who this person is.  Just received call at work and the call back did not identify self.  Katherine left a message as urgent.  Don't think it is wise to call back a person who is afraid to identify the company she works with.

The phone number is from a debt collection agency named FCO. They do not like to reveal the company name so that you will call them back so they can get comfirmation that they are calling the right person. Also they do not like to say the reason they are calling because the information is confidential, and should not be just left on a message. They will call until you call them back. My guess is that you have some debt that is not being paid, if not then you need to clarify it with them. If you do have debt then they can set up payments for you, that's what I did. They will try to make you pay the debt in whole, which is cheaper, but not likely. You just have to make sure that payments are made, you cannot miss one. They are willing to work with you, they just want what is owed to them.

I have been getting a lot of calls from this number it says it's James Marshal debit collector but I do not understand what they say it is for. Nothing that I know of owing debit to anyways. Maybe it's time to change my number not sure how they got it in the first place.

They have been calling almost daily in the morning looking for a Lindsey, and have been doing so for last two years.  When you call them back they are nasty.  Seems to be a collection agency, I don't know how many times I've told them there is no Lindsey at this number.

It's only 12:30 and they've already called me 5 times. I answered on the 5th to find it was a bill collector... Some collection agency. I spoke with a woman named Kathryn Summer. She was nice, pushy like they all are, but nice.

They said they were calling for someone and repeated a code number, then said it was urgent and gave the telephone number to call back.

Same here. The number was (240)374-4520. They have left several messages but never the reason they are calling (aside from - a VERY important business matter). However, most recently they seem to be calling more frequently. On their messages, there is always a lot of background noise or the person calling seems to be having a conversation with their co-workers until they realize my voicemail has picked up...how unprofessional.

Same thing - number was 2403744520 name was Kathryn Summer and she said it was an important business matter and not to ignore it.

Same exact thing happen to me, except her name was Tina Garrett and the call was from 240-374-5509

I received a call from this number they had my name and they said that I should not ignore the message and that I need to call with a reference number that it was very important.
