NO No No... Dont believe this crap. If you guys post something on craigslist, or even apply for a payday loan these animals try to scare you. I have been called more than once from different numbers.... I have had them threatening me to send me to court, or have the cops pick me up. I mean, this call just happened at 8:47pm, california time... Really, who does this after 8pm.

This is a credit collection agency. I forget the ladies name who calls (she calls all the time) however she has a bad attitude.

Same MO...I think IT'S a transvestite. Trying to make us respsonsible for a debt that belongs to my adult son after he moved out of an apartment that my husband shared with him for 4 months during an away from home consulting job. When I said "That is my son's lease" She actually said..."I'm looking at your account...and you have thousands and thousands of dollars in the bank, your son has nothing...we are going to sue you...because you lived there." Report her to the do not call registry. She's a maniac, rude, crazy and out of control. Lyon Management Group Inc. posted debts someplace or hired her...that's how she got the info.

I've never been botherd by her.Now i got her number i can waste her time and maybe save you from being called as much!

This woman is absolutely VILE! "Julie Collins", but I agree with the other poster who says she sounds more like a John, or at least a two-pack-a-day smoking hag.  Calls my husband and I on a regular basis, attempting to collect a debt we are disputing, and EVERY TIME says "Well since you aren't cooperating I am sending this to the legal department and we are suing you." (This is over one month's rent in a legitimately broken lease, mind you) Anyway, then she'll call a week later and I will tell her I'm still waiting to see those legal papers.  This most recent time she said "WOWWWWW, is that really how you wanna handle this?" And I told her it's the only way to handle it, I'm not paying her. And before I could tell her to stop calling my cell phone, she hung up on me.  Like she always does.  Someone should tell this woman that it's a sign of insanity to keep repeating the same actions while expecting a different outcome. That is, of course, if you can manage to say anything before she hangs up on you.

Same MO.  9:30 am.  Collection agency.  Absolute bottom sucker.  Name used was 'Julie'.  Sounded more like 'John'.  Must have purchased some bad debts (without any explanations which is the reason they are not collectable as they are not legit) and is now calling anyone that might throw some money her way.

Number is Laurel MD, based and is a land line.
