He says he's from the DA and hopefully he doesn't have to take legal action against you.  Scare tactic.

Beware of this number (240) 383-4951, it's same the individual claiming to be the DA. Do not fall for his tricks. He wants everyone to call him back, but when you try to connect to his number, his voicemail is always full (of s*** lulz). I am sick and of tired of this man wasting my time. I hope that the police will catch him one day.
