I think it's funny that every 5 or 6 comments there is one claiming that this number and what they threaten is legit. It's not, don't offer to give them anything!

My lawyer called them and he recieved proof of the debt i owed and that they do have a website and are a real business collecting debt. My attorney advised me to settle the debt.

Unfortunately i did my homework and checked with the better business bureau and they are a legit company. i settled my account for a great savings and the updated my credit report

Got a call today also from this "Chris". He started yelling at me for no reason and I yelled back at him and told him "he'll sleep with the fishes soon". Don't worry friends, he's just tired of living which will be taken care of very soon.

I received message on my cell phone from Craig Jones re: a civil compliant and to call back to avoid being served. Very deep voice - Left call back number of 877-686-0044 - I work for an attorney and he said this was b***s***.

The same "Craig Jones" called me with a deep voice. He said this was regarding a "civil complaint" against me. I can't remember the last time I had an argument, let alone some kind of civil attack. He told me to call 877-686-0044

Same thing as Chris except he said that I owed on a MasterCard from 10 years ago. He called me on my cell and told me that i had to pay a minimum of 350.00 today or I would be served. Checked with my lawyer and sounds like a scam. he identified himself as craig Jones and gave a call back of 1 877 686 0044

This man said he was a Law Firm. That is was going to file a Warrent for my Arrest. I gave hin no info. about me. very deep voice... I have a very good Criminal Record, and a Act 33. I said to him what is this regarding. He said a Visa. Well, I owe no one any money, and pay all my bills. Including doctor. They called me on my cell phone...
