The comment from Jones should make it plain you are dealing with an advance fee scam. You will not be paid, not in any form. There is no contest, there is no prize, only a criminal who wants YOU to pay money instead. This is fraud, a trick, a ruse, a scam, a steaming pile of manure.

The people of Nokia have said that the scammers who send you those fake "winner" notices are dangerous and must be ignored. They "will be asking for .... either your bank account details, or some money in another form and the messages they send always look official, but they?re not. They?re fake."
