People :fp. This is SCAM, do not answer and do not call back. After you hear a hung out signal you must stop the call by yourself, signal is fake. This way they rob you on an international calls, for which you pay and they share profits. +243,+224, whatever don't call back !

Even i am receiving midnight calls from same + 24 code. These calls are diverted international calls if received or dialled gets connected to some phone sex s***. Kindly ignore or block this number.

I'm getting calls from a similar number - it's unusual because it's longer than most of the numbers posted here, but has the same amount of digits as the number Sam is getting calls from. The number is showing up on my phone as +243 990257015 - I'm wondering if the extra digits make it harder to trace. I contacted my phone provider with the number - who had nothng to suggest except blocking the number, which I've done. I'm also in Australia
