this number is in fact a method to steal your money. I'm going to explain you how but first excuse my english ;)

some hackers got servers wich call random phone numbers  (just one ring tone ) and when the person find the missed call he calls back and he got a busy tone but in fact he called a surcharged number so they earn money and you win nothing  (you just lose some $ ) ;)

I received a call from this number as well last night. Same as Shalash,I don't know any one with this country prefix, so I started searching the Internet for this prefix just to know the country, then Im here now guys, Thanks By the way, its not only Qatar now, I'm Dubai, U.A.E

Me too i got a call from this number at around 3am (dubai time),it pissed me off cause it ruined my sleep. Ididn't know about this number that's why i seach the net,luckily  i was able to get this site.

THE PROPLEM IS NOT FORM QTEL I THINK SOMEONE CALL US TO CALL THEM BACK SO HE GET THE MONY THE CALLER IS FROM GUINEA BISSAU IS FAR FROM QATAR

As i usually get a lot of international calls and the system in Qatar sucks so much that genuine callers who are trying to reach my can't get through. they always complain that there is one bell then a busy tone.

so when i got a missed call from 245-728-8012 today, i called back.

It appears that my credit got reduced at an exaggerated rate. I think it is one of those numbers where when you call, they get paid from your credit.

those might be one of the acct stealer. dont call that number might tweak ur plan so they can use the acct. my number is in Qatar so no way they know me they just random the calls.
