We had this problem and got it blocked for 90 days?

i am getting unwanted calls from this 248-000-0000 and 703-000-0000.....please stop call my number.

i want them to stop calling.

Several times a  day I get a call from this number..

I keep answering but no one responds. I'll keep answering until I get a response to which I can respond with a big "F-Off"

I have not answered calls from this number but they keep calling daily, at least once a day and never leave a message. I tried to call back to request that they stop calling and of course a recording says the number is non-working. But if you have call screening as part of your phone service you can block the number, which I did. Plus, I'd like to be among those reporting this as I believe telemarketers and pollsters and what have you are not allowed to call using an unknown number/private number.

We are getting those calls as well. They are calling once or twice a day, at least.  I will call the phone company to see if there is anthing we could do about this. It is rediculous.

I was getting calls like every 30 minutes today so I finally answered.  The caller was polite but it sounded like he was taking a survey for the Mitt Romney campaign.  The first question was whether I plan on participating in the selection of a GOP presidential candidate.  The second question was whether I planned on voting for McCain or Guiliani.  The third question was who I planned on voting for (just for kicks I said "Ron Paul").  The fourth question was whether I would consider voting for Mitt Romney to which I replied "absolutely not" (he's a flip flopper on abortion).  The survey ended abruptly after my fourth response.

Great website.  I too have been receiving these calls but never answered.  However, I did hear that the Michigan Legislature is planning on a stealth tax hike by mandating some excise charge on phone bills that will generate money for Michigan's general fund.

Same thing; have been getting tons of calls a day from this number, with no answer.  Going to call the phone company and see about getting it blocked.

We've had the same call coming in for the past two weeks at my home, sometimes four times per day. Same thing, no answer each time. Finally, yesterday, someone responded when we answered the phone. Apparently, it is a company calling to suggest you write to your legislators regarding a proposed increase on the phone bills.

They didn't have an explanation for all the hang-ups, but they were made well aware how much of a nuisance they were!

I have received calls from this number on my home phone almost daily for the past several days.  This morning I decided to answer, thinking it may be someone I'm actually expecting a call from.  I answered, and after a second or two there was a click as if the call had ended.

I tried calling this number from my cell phone and received a recording that said this is not a valid number.

I have no idea who is at the other end, but this number pops up on my mobile phone.  They never leave a message.  I don't want to answer it for fear of it being one of those weird phone numbers that you pick up and they end up billing you a ton of money for
