They called from this number for my medical leave of absence from work. They are contracted by employers to handle FMLA, sick and disability claims. They can be contacted by calling your employers HR and then they will transfer you to the person who called you.

This number belongs to Sedgewick Management Services of Southfield Michigan. However, apparently they are not the ones calling; I contacted them and they have no idea.
