This number just started calling me in the last couple weeks and as well never leave a message. When I try to call it back, it puts me on hold and I end up just hanging up. I will be blocking this number.

This number calls my phone over and over. I do not know who it is, they won't leave a message. They are calling a cell phone, so I pay for all of this. They call at night all times of the morning, they have no regards for who lives here.
I am disabled, my son works midnights, so I have to put my phone on silence, as I don't sleep well.
I also don't want my son bothered. How do we get some legislation to stop these computer calls?
This is really upsetting when you're sick 90% of the time and 80% of my calls are from computers or people unwilling to leave a message.
