This is a group of scam artists targeting senior citizens. They will come accross as friendly at first then they get to the nitty gritty- your debit/credit card number....dont fall for it!

Received call today and answered it.  They asked about the status of my will and trust, and asked about how frequently it was updated.  Caller id showed both 248-658-6409 and 888-692-0300.  They also claimed they had sent info in the mail 3 weeks ago, but don't remember receiving it (may have just trashed it).  Seems to be a law firm soliciting business.

We are an Estate Planning company in Troy, MI.

I just received ANOTHER call from this number, this time I answered it and no response.

I received two calls in a row.  The first call listed the caller I.D. as 8886920300 with no dashes in between.  The second call listed the caller I.D. as 1-248-658-6409.  When I checked the numbers on 800notes.com, it was the same company, Estate Planning Legal Services (eplspc.com).  I am on the Do Not Call list.  I don't understand how they get my number and how they are allowed to call.  I am so tired of getting calls from companies and people I do not know.  I can only block 20 numbers on my phone, but I still get one ring before it is blocked.  HELP!!!!

Every day  same thing.  8886920300 caller name     Caller number 1 248-658-6409.  Will not leave message or name.  I am on the do not call list also.

I want to know why the phone number that comes up on the caller ID is 248-658-6409, yet when you click on the website that many have supplied, it is a TOTALLY Different phone number.  If indeed it is an estate planning company calling, they should identify themselves when calling, and use the same phone number listed on their website to call people.  I am 42 yrs old, and think I have a few more years left to live, my brother is 39 so why would they be calling me and my husband? his parents have been gone for 11 years and 8 yrs.. I think he has managed, my mom has been gone for almost 6 years.  Sounds like a bogus front to me.  My husband answered just moments ago when they called, and apparently there was NO ONE on the other end, I heard him say hello 4 times and then hung up.  I own up to my debts, when I hear from the company.. if you want to hide behind something else when you call, I will not work to take care of my debts with you.

You are so wrong, and a sound real uneducated. This company supplies families with peace of mind. Allowing residents to get FREE information on avoiding probate/ If people could have an open mind, and want to learn they may learn something that helps them. So Richard stop the assumptions when you obviously are clueless

Just answered this call it was a man he was talking to someone when I said hello he listen for a minute to me saying hello, hello, hello, and he just hung up...Caller ID says Feb.09, 2001 @ 3:17pm ESTATE INFORMATION 1-248-658-6409
I think he was shocked that I answered the phone he heard me saying hello..before hanging up on me.
I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST for 2 years now....

This person asked for my husband, then when I said I could take a message, she said are you his wife?  I answered yes, then she said do we have Probate court protection.  I told her we didn't need anything like that and hung up.  This is a solicitation, and now I'm wondering who is going to use the information I accidentally gave out assuming this was a legitimate caller.

I thought the Michigan Bar frowned upon law firms engaging in telemarketing to generate business?

I'm supposed to be on a no call list but I still get theses calls. I will pursue this like I have before with the phone company. I was able to get two nuisance callers to close down after agreeing to prosecute. I can do it again. No answer when I pick up or if it goes to the answering machine.

They called me, when I said hello, no response.  I called them back 5 times, each time they answered with "Estate Services".  They said nothing in response to me, each time.  Then I called from my cell, and they said they were a law firm and accused ME of playing games on the phone.  A***oles.

I just got a call from these ppl. It said Estate Information on the Caller ID. Picked it up and no one there. I called the number back and the gal who answered said they were an estate planning lawyers in Oakland County, over by Detroit.

calls from 248 658 6409. ID Says "Estate Informat..." Never anyone there...."not in service"  when called.  One operator said it was a telemarketer but when transfered to a Comcast operator, she said it appears to be a "government" number or "secret" number.

I received 4 calls for them and no one was on the line!

Got a call, rang twice, called back and  found nothing. not valid number??

Starteds receiving calls from this number. They never leave a message and never anyone on the line when phone picked up. It appears to be a computer generated call possibly from a company Estate Information Services which buys up "zombie" debts and/or debts that allegedly were accrued by a deceased person. You may want to check the Estate Information Services website for detailed information.
