Debt Collector
Was contacted by a Agent Johnson who stated I have a debt of $2567.45 which this included interest. She stated she would talk to the attorneys and she came back and said they accepted a $50 dollar payment from me if I would agree to pay just over $300 a month towards these payday debts. When I stated I could not afford $300 a month another woman who stated she was her supervisor got on the phone and verbally abused me. Stated I pay $288 todayor they are taking me to court, and stated who was I to offer $50. I was pretty much thrown off and caught of guard. They have contacted people in my family and told them that I was going to be getting charged with fraud and they even stated to me that " y werent u already arrested for this amount." I have no idea who to contact, but they scare the hey hey out of me. Especially when I was talking to someone who was being so nice then this otherwoman gets n and just presses me and forces me to lash out at her. She told me to take my$50 and hire an attorney.

This was a follow up phone call from an"Agent" calling on behalf of Rosenthal, Stein and A**. .Apparently a collection agency in Georgia that claimed they were going to file fraud charges against me in my county for an online payday loan that I took out in 2008. threatened me, called me at my job and told me that I needed to pay 1020 dollars or they were going to proceed with a fraud case against me. i have had the same cell phone number for 10 years and the same address for 8. I don't have any paperwork on this loan from anyone. The original loan was for 300 dollars. I thought that it got paid  but I will try to resolve this another way with a credit counselor or something. Also, I was called by someone saying she was "agent" Sue Yaeger  from the same company...Extremely rude and abusive on the phone.
