its United Recovery Systems - trying to collect a debt. Do not answer the phone. Mine was for HSBC. Women was EXTREMELY rude and spoke to me like she was better than me. REAL good motivation to pay the bill.

texas debt collector uses local # to mislead you into answering call
it is actually American Express, they also use 248-507-4190 and others

for the past week, i have been receiving calls from this number not knowing who it was from since it was from a local number. they been calling every morning around the same time and sometimes in the late afternoon. they never leave any messages. i *67 the number and it is a debt collector like the jen says.
