Primerica bu***hit.

I just got a call from Bruce Sarafin. He is wanting me to come in tomorrow for an interview. After reading these posts, I'm hesitant. Should I go? He told me the company was called Asset Management Group. Advice please.

Its Bruce from ....an asset management company who fails to identify Primerica in his pitch...he combs monster for phone numbers and is a hack at best considering he does not ID Primerica in his pitch.

This number is from PRIMERICA. It's a Bu***hit Company. They wanr you to come in and work commission. STAY AWAY!

Same thing. Anyone ever call back to find out more? Not saying who he is calling with or from leads me to believe this is a scam of some sort.

Same thing, Bruce calling about my resume.  no company name at all, no position.

Same thing, on a Sunday afternoon?  No company ID, just, "Hi, my name is Bruce, I'm calling about your resume, only call back on Mon or Tues, between 9am and 5pm?   Very fishy!

I wanted to be prepared for the interview, so I research the company. The first result is their website, as you would expect. Then I check out Wikipedia (which isn't always accurate, but it might give a little different insight). I find out that Primerica is a Multi-Level Marketing company.

What's a Multi-Level Marketing company? It's a Pyramid Scheme. So I continue with my searching, wondering what search terms I should use to get more information on a potential pyramid scheme. I've got to either confirm or deny this, right? If you have Google Toolbar on your browser, you'll know what I'm talking about - I started entering "Primerica" and they give you a list of the most common searches with whatever you've already entered. Fourth on the list... "Primerica Scam". Bingo.
