Twice a day for past 2 days hanger ups.  Internet search says it is an ATT landline phone in West Bloomfield, MI.  But the map shows it comes from Civic Center drive where there is no residential homes.  Called friend who works in WB Civic Center, and none of their lines have "855" in it.  Annoying and regressed caller I guess.
