totally spoofed call!

This was a ' local' call and so I picked it up (which is what the criminals are banking on since so many of us won't pick up non-local calls). It was a robo call as it took a second for the poor quality voice-activated recording to start up.

"You have been pre-selected to win 250,000 (??) air miles" ....Yeah sure!! And what the heck is "pre-selected" anyway? Instead of hitting some keypad button as instructed (and which would likely have connected me to an off-shore, poor-English-speaking criminal), I let loose with my best curses. Once they disconnected me, I redialed the number, and guess what??? There is no such working number. So a spoofed call by criminals.
