It's a Customer Service rep. (Elaine) calling from the Thrifty Foods Online to confirm grocery orders and such. (250) 544-1234 is their main customer service line, but some calls are returned using the (250) 483-7048 number.
Elaine is extremely helpful, btw. And I'm very happy with the orders through them.

This number is Thrifty Foods online order conformation. Answer it because they may have a question about your order. I spoke to Janet and she was very helpful and polite.
