A call from someone at "V F C", a vehicle finance company.  They were looking for a specific person who apparently has a problem with his financing.  They gave their callback number as 1-866-999-1094.

I did a search for V F C and found "VFC Inc." (short for Vehicle Finance Corp, I guess) at http://www.vfc.ca

The 250-753-2255 number is for their office in Nanaimo BC.  The 1-866-999-1094 number is for one of their Customer Accounts Offices.
