If you were being sued, you'd have received letters from a law office - you wouldn't hear about it first via phone call.  Please do report your caller to the FTC - www.ftc.gov and your state's Attorney General - www.naag.org (you can find your state AG at this site).

Got a call from Patrica also with an urgent message for me.  She said someone was sueing me and someone else named Nicole for $1400.00.  When I said that doesn't make sense and this might be for my son of the same name, she asked if my SIN #'s middle three numbers were 041, which they are not but quite a disturbing call.  My son was very worried also for a day until we decided it's a scam. She hasn't called back since last week but I will never answer her calls again.

This is Patricia Jokisch from Able, Apton, Morris & Stagg, Inc, exceptionally rude woman who cries with a loud disgusting voice, threatens, interrupts continually, and harasses me despite the fact she is not allowed to do this. I have a nice recording of her hysterical cry.

Patricia keeps calling my phone about a confidential bussiness matter. I have nevee responded to her messages. also when she calls it says incoming call from abel apton on caller id.

This lady actually called on behalf of Har-Par which was my ex land lord and we had a bad falling out when I tried to leave and she told me she was going to sue me for moving out and well she did so patricia is calling for an urgent matter.

"Patricia" left me a voice mail telling me she was calling in regards to "an urgent business matter" and that I need to call her back. I didn't call.

This woman(Patricia) is just starting out a business and she is telemarketing for herself. She is a persistent pain in the a**.
