I got one.

This number called on my work cell. I was not able to answer and they did not leave a message.

cell phone rang: but I am a pay as you go so I don't answer unless its in my call window - wish some different legislation would put these robots to rest! - Thank you to these sites that help relieve the wonder of what is up with these stupid phone calls.

Yes, I got a missed call from this number. When I called back, it says the number is not assigned.

Called me just now and said I was a valued Rogers customer.

Called me 3x's in a row while i was driving. Finally answered and guess what? Even though i am terrified of flying and would never be caught dead on a plane (hahaha) Westjet said i am a prefered customer! Wow eh!

This is a scam.. It reports to be Air Canada, and you have won a contest.. Yadda Yadda... Just hang up

Just got a call from 1-250-929-2323 on my mobile phone but did not answer. So glad I read this page as I have now blocked them calling again.

I got the same 2 min ago. Called back - check the # and call again

Got the call a few minutes ago - second time in two days.  Same as Keeshasmum - "valued Air Canada customer .....".  Funny 'cause that I usually fly Westjet.

Got the same call again today..."As a valued customer of Air Canada you have been selected to receive a gift..." Hung up.  What is the point of being on the do not call registry?!!

I'm so glad this page exists as I had wondered if it was someone I knew....but I see it is just some kind of scam.  So, glad I didn't get to answer.  Called my cell.  No message of course.  I don't give out my number, but yet scammers still seem to find it!

I get this number calling my office quite often.  I've taken to hitting "1" and when the guy comes on to tell me I've qualified for something-or-other, I tell them I've VERY interested, but my battery is dying on my phone so I need to switch phones.  Then I put them on hold and see how long before they give up.  The current record is 7.5 minutes.  If everyone did this, they would stop calling 'cause that's a LOT of wasted valuable time for them to be sitting on hold...ha ha.

JUST GOT THE CALL NOW!!!! looked it up to find this... I couldn't even understand the automated person. just hung up... Called the number back and WOW not in service be careful out there!!!

Just got a call from this number (search tells me it's based from on the Vancouver Island on BC) and thought it may have been legit as I had entered a local contest this past month. It was an automated spiel saying that I was a preferred Telus customer and to press 1 to collect my free gift. Dang, wrong contest. So, I hung up!

I haven't received a telemarketer for several months now.

The trick to trick telemarketers is to answer the phone as a business line. When they start talking tell them that this is a business. They are apologetic, and don''t call back for 3-6 months, and then they start up again.

Just make sure, you save their number in your phone and save their contact info as a Telemarketer, for next time.

Got a call from them.  Asked if I was 30 or older and if so I won a trip package.  I told them I'm not yet 30 and they said I don't qualify ... weird scam

Got a call no less than 5 minutes ago....didn't answer but sounds like they are a telemarketing company from the comments!

Ha ha! I love spoonman's way of dealing with them. Love it! Great idea. I think I'll try that next time.

This must be a telemarketing bot doing a "good number" seach to sell to telemarketing companies.

From Sudbury Ontario, I've been receiving calls from this number but not answering. They just called my cell and I'm not impressed. I don't give my cell # to just anyone so I wonder who sold them my info. Jerks!

Scam- fake automatedpromotion for "WestJet" but not sure who is really behind it. Called me at work and and on my cel in that same day!! B*****ds.
