got a call from this number today @ 12:37 and did not answer ... called them back and it said this number not set up to take calls... why is that allowed ... if we have to accept unsolicited calls how come they can get away with not taking any calls at all and frustrate the good people THEY are praying on??

Had this same number call saying something about a treasure chest as well. They also called the next day, were silent for several moments then said they had reported my number to the Florida government (probably cause they were ticked off I'd hung up on them the day before). If you have call block, I'd say that's the best way to go.

I just got the call as well.  I asked for names of the local businesses.  I was given many.  I have made 3 phone calls to these businesses and have spoken with the mangers.  It is legit.  I am new to Abbotsford, so I am leary because I don't know the different local companies.

Someone from this "treasure chest coupon book" $60 for something like $1800 in savings. Also mentioned something about hotel stays in Vegas but I wasn't really listening. Just kept saying "no thanks" & he eventually gave up. Weird that its a 250 number for something supposedly in Abbotsford. Can't really find anything about it online... Having a hard time believing its legit.

I felt the same way......but it was 'Amanda' who called....when I said "no thank you Admanda" she said, look I'm not trying to be pushy.......NO THANK YOU AMANDA...GOOD-BYE.

Telemarketer named "John" claimed to be representing the "7th Annual Abbotsford Mission Treasure Chest".
I said I was not interested and hung up. I thought it was odd that someone representing an event in this area would have a 250 area code. I'm sure its a total scam!!

How do you know it's a great offer, unless you work for the company doing the telemarketing, eh Shill, I mean Stacie?

They phoned my wife offering a promotion but you had to pay a fee per month. She hung up at that point.

Telemarketer "Vickie" with offer for "the answerer, not the business" to be able to save a lot of money...

This number calls every few days, between 2 - 6 times a day. I have answered and nothing, only one voicemail, and I couldn't hear it.

No CLUE who or what this number wants.
