I live 30 minutes outside of Citronelle, which is where the call is coming from. I traced the number and on the map it shows it's coming from the corner of State St. and S 4TH St. The map shows a newer building built there just this year, but not quite sure what it is. They call and hang up as soon as the phone is answered.

Calls and does not leave message. Doesn't hang up, but appears to be transferring to a person. Usually followed by a call from another SPAM number.
