I have received several calls from this firm to my place of business, each time they have been told that no one by the name they are asking for is or ever has been an employee. Each time they have been asked to remove this business phone number from their system.
Not only are they incompetent and non compliant with the request to remove the phone number from their system, they always respond with some flip poor rude and ignorant response or comment...
if they truly don't like their position of calling people and cannot be more professional with respect to the company they represent...they should be escorted back out into the poor trash alley where they seem to have come from.

calls 15 times a day on every day of the week.

I receive about 30 calls from Stkes Clintn P. per day non stop even when they should be closed. when I answer the call there is nobody on the other end, however there is always a message on my answering machine, asking if the person who owns this phone number to contact them, that they are a federal law firm... Beats me why a federal law firm would want me?????

Same here! Clinton P Stokes is what the caller id says. They call 3-4 times a day!

Caller says that they are trying to contact the person (s)  connected to this phone about a debt owed. Caller says to call 251-460-0406, I have tried several time to call this number, operator says if this number was dialed in error please check number and try again....

Who the hell is Stokes Clinton P. anyway???????

Clinton P. Stokes, sucker firm. Buys old outdated debts and tries to collect on them. Be extremely careful if you answer the call, they will try to convince you that you owe money on a debt that might not even be yours.  They have violated the FDCPA numerous times, should be put out of business by the state attorney, but alas money talks and BS walks.  If you feel you have been violated by them please contact your state attorney general and report them.

this is a law firm in Alabama. Got 28 calls in one month. Finally called them. They promised to stop calling. 11/30

They call my office at least 10 times a day, no one ever responds. After we answer, say hello twice, they hang up. Our caller ID shows Clintn P Stokes as well.

call and call and call, once i hear that no one is on the other end i just hang up because i can't figure out what they would possibly want we owe NO money to anyone!!!

I get the same calls, but when I called back, a woman with no knowledge of a clinton p stokes answers. Nice lady though.....

it was some firm called. . . stokes and clinton? the people on the phone seemed quite incompetant, but after 10 minutes got them to remove my number from their calling list.

They call like crazy...even after they are closed!

Same here... call all the time and when i answer they don't respond.

They call 10 times a day and don't leave a message, answered once and the caller hung up.
