They said they were a Collection agency.  I told them that I could call back and make arrangements but they wouldn't leave a phone number for me to call.  Don't know if it is for real

i keep getting phone calls from this number at different times of the day; no message

they called me today and the man said he was from capital one but my home area code is 251 so i find that weird and harrassment and fraud. if it was capital one it would be and 800 number!
