This is a company that sells  a medical alert system. They have called me as late as 10PM and this morning at 6:30AM. Have to block them.

Our caller ID shows "Waterfront Cons". They call at least once a day, and only let the phone ring twice.  If I grab it quickly enough to talk to a live person, they try to sell me a life-alert. My husband and I have both told them we are not interested, but to no avail. They somehow got my husband's cell phone number, and have begun leaving him messages, including a different number to call back.  He called, got a live person, told her he wasn't interested, and yet the calls continue. I would like to get the calls stopped, but even more, I would like to see the people behind this scheme stopped and held accountable.

I am on the "no call" list. Got a call fromthem, I answered, they hung up.

I get the same as every one else and try to call back and get the same bs phone diconected I am getting very tired of it.

This person asked to speak to my father. I told them he wasnt home. They asked how old I am? I told them I was 16. (Actually 36). And they promptly hung up on me.

Waterfront Cons  comes up on our caller Id.  They never leave a Message, Hang up when we answer.  When called back number is no longer in service.    Very annoying,  Always the same time of day.

These people are using fake numbers and fake names.  The Credit Voice is their real name, the name they hold on their telemarketing license, which is in Florida.  The calls are coming from 495 Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, Florida.  Mike Hilgar runs the place.  Complain to the FTC and your state's Attorney General.  The FTC already has many complaints on them.  Many Attorney General's in different states also have several complaints on these people.  Indiana Attorney General has already filed suit against them.  The more complaints these organizations get, the sooner they can be stopped.

Yep,they're at it again with the annoying calling then hanging up. They called one time and wanted my ss# to supposedly send me some diabetic supplies. Don't you need an address for that and not a ss#?

My phone, AT WORK rings, and when I answer, after stumbling, a very foreign accent stumbles through a sales call message.  Some days I just lay the phone down & keep their line tied up for their duration, other days I'll interrupt to tell this person they have interrupted my work to try to make a sales call??  Then I hand up.  I've no "home phone" thanks to this sort of stuff, but I do not have the option to shut down my work phone.  However, my work is NOT helped one bit by "personal sales calls" coming in at all!!

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Have had several calls most at 6:00 in the am but the last one was at 11:30am today.
Wish they would quit this has to stop.

You are absolutely right!!! I, too, tried to call the number and received the same "no longer in service" message. My suggestion is to contact your telephone provider and, as I have in the past with other annoying calls, ask how you can block this number from your number.  I have an option on my cell phone which allows me to block calls. When I spoke to by home phone cable provider, I was told to get into my account on the providers website and there I should be able to block these types of calls on your home phone.

I've been receiving these calls on average of twice a day now for the last few months.  The number belongs to Waterfront Construction Inc., 5695 Rabbit Creek Dr., Theodore, AL 36582.  I would like nothing more than to have the originator of these harassing phone calls cease and desist.   Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've had all of the above....it obviously is a scam, as no legitimate company would operate like these boobs do. It's an absolute pity, because (as difficult as it is to imagine) there must be someone, somewhere idiot enough to fall for their scam, or they wouldn't keep trying. They are not even SMART crooks. Just some third-world, incredibly inept ones. Don't bother going to your phone company for help....been there/done that.....got none. What's the answer......I only wish I knew myself(!). The phone company's response seems (to me) to boil down to: if you don't like our service, cancel it. Like: hey, you have a front door on your dwelling. If you do not want someone breaking in, board it up. Of course you yourself will not be able to use it, but hey....that's your problem.
I guess the only ray of hope in all of this is: the infintisimalsmall kernel of "good feeling" that I get knowing that I am not the only one being harassed and bothered by these A-HOLES!!!!

Yes, this is definitely a scam. I have had ALL of these same type of calls from these very same a-holes. After much frustration, being placed on hold, being routed through one department to another, I finally got a hold of someone in my phone company (CenturyLink....formally Qwest....which does not seem to be an improvement), they finally explained to me how to set up call rejection and stop this from happening. It worked for the period of one week and then mysteriously (and "impossibly," according to the phone company.....yeah, right) my call rejection feature was turned off (but not by me) and I received another one of these absolutely delightful calls from the good old "Waterfront Construction, Inc." in the usual 6:00 a.m. time-frame, which rang and rang until I picked up the phone and they immediately hung up. I checked the call rejection feature (a "*78" for my particular area). It had been turned off, I turned it back on and checked to make sure that 251-634-8500 was still in my list, it was. I then called the phone company and explained what had happened. They gave me a number to call for their "annoying calls bureau." Basically, what they told me is that there is not a thing they can do about it if the caller is not one of their customers. I could try a *57 trace on the number, but it would cost me money and may not work and if they were not a CenturyLink customer they could do nothing. Some help that was. They can do nothing to effect a non-customer, and will obviously do nothing to protect one who is. So, don't expect much help from your telephone company. The lady tried to tell me that I had inadvertently turned it off, which I had not. I am a senior citizen but I am not an idiot nor a technologically impaired boob. I spent 40 years as a computer programmer and certainly know how to use a phone. As always, we (the honest ones) are on our own and all of the advantages are in the hands of the dishonest, nefarious, parasitic b*****ds who prey upon us. Good luck.....you'll need all of it you can get. What's the answer? Well.....I cannot do without a phone....certainly do not look forward to going through all of the hassle to change my phone number, but I may just have to do that.....though, there is no guarantee that some other a-hole won't just get a hold of my phone number and begin hounding me all over again. The whole thing pretty much sucks....don't it???!!! Yep....it sure do(!).

I get a call from these people once or twice a day.  They either hang up when I try to tell them not to bother me I am suppose to have an unlisted number and I am also on the do not call list but it does not help.  I wish something could be done to the the people that are using the Waterford Construction Co. that wants to sell you a lifeline alert system.

calling nonstop

these people hae been calling me incessantly for over three months now.  i tried calling them back again and i still get the sorry, phone is nolonger in service.  if the phone is no longer in service how the hell do they still make calls.  i spoke with at least two of their representative on two separate occasions and advised them that  phone numbers were on the "no call list:

251-634-8500 "Waterfront Construction" calls me almost every day, and when I answer, they hang up every time, or there is no one on the line. Tried to call back and the number is temporarily out of service. I even looked up Waterfront Construction and tried to call another number that was given, and it was out of service as well. I was getting the diabetes supply calls earlier this year under another number, and had to tell them several times that I do not have diabetes. Sounds like this is related. I have resorted to buying a new phone that can block incoming calls because this is getting ridiculous.

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks, the drectory sayes that it belongs to a Waterfront Construction Co. but the person on the other end sayes that are from Med. alert.??? when I Question them I get a lot of mumbling that is hard to understand, then disconected. now once, twice,a day just rings two times and then hangs up.. WHO EVER, OR WHAT EVER, DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER

these people call several time a day and hang up when told the person they want is not intrested. I think they are a medical firm.

This number 251-634-8500 shows up on caller id as Waterfront Construction.  A telemarketer told me I was eligible for a medical alert bracelet.  Really?  I'm in my 40's and 4 of us live in an apartment!   If I "fell and couldn't get up"  it would be because we trip over each other all the time.  I wonder if the construction company knows their number is being used?

Sure signs of a scumbag company:  They call you from an number, that when you call it back is "temporarily not in service."  I'd assume this is the same number you'd call for customer service after they take your money and don't ship you what you ordered.  Medical supplies or not - FRAUD.  Next time, will you at least have the courtesy to speak ENGLISH???

I keep getting calls from this company that shows on caller ID as "Waterfront Cons".  Why would a supposedly construction company  in Alabama be calling  me in Washington state?  I have had numerous calls from this entity and have asked them repeatedly not to call again.  They seem to be totally ignoring do not call list of which I am on.  When I tried to call the number back the operator tells me that the number ios not in service.  How can they call me from a non-working number?

I have no idea who this is, I keep gettng calls from this with the ID always a letter& a bunch of numbers. I would like them to stop.

keethe person that had diabetes passed away ahile back,  but they keep on calling.   p getting these horrible calls.  wish they they would stop as i am elderly and do not appreciate being botherred day & night.  Any suggestions?
