I got to a call from a 25222106065 number I didn't answer the phone because u was busy at the moment but when I called back it just rang and a answer machine said I have reach 103 and leave. A msg. So I assume it must had need a scam so I look up the number online and found the post...hopefully this help someone.

They call me daily. Im to the point where I want to cuss their a***s out. I do not answer the phone for numbers I do not recognize. My cousin told them they could send the check to the police department and she would pick it up from there. She gave them the address and they hung up on her. She hasnt been harassed since. If I ever decided to answer their phone calls, I think that I will do the same,

Got a call from this number, answering machine picked it up. Call was for my wife, at end of recorded message, comment was "mother fu**er not home".

you would think that a complaint to authorities would stop this nonsense, but it doesn't and it won't ...it's a rip off scam...promising big bucks for exhange of your personal and financial info so they can suck your accounts dry ...and they will do it ...
 foreign nationals inside and outside of the U.S.trying to prey on the naive and uniformed ...a game of numbers ...make one hundred calls and one or two will fall for it ...
 pure, unadulterated criminal activity ...goes unpunished ....

They called me stated that I qualified for a us grant but would not tell me specific information.

Today, my unlisted home landline phone rang (which is on the TX and Fed Do Not Call Lists).  The phone number listed was 252-210-2543 MITCHELL, JEAN. I have a phone recorder and they didn't bother to leave a message.  I'm not sure where they are getting my information.  I guess I have to go on Monster.com and make my resume private to get them to stop me.  :(   Thanks for the information! .... They call me also and ask by name. I tell them wrong number. They've called numerous times? How? I have a cell that's not even in my name so how do they ask for me? Wish it would stop. Name on caller I'd when it's calls me is Connie Lynch.

Received a call from a man with very heavy accent saying I was picked to receive a grant of $7000.  He then gave me a special number OP1053 and I was to call his account manager named Debbie Bennett at 202-436-9715  (which btw is also on this list of scammer numbers).  He said I was receiving this grant because of my great standings w/ paying loans and taxes and such.  How ironic when I only just dealt with the IRS the other day regarding taxes I still owe. lol  So obviously its a scam.  I cut him off immediately after he asked how I wanted to receive the money knowing he was hoping to get my account #s or SS#.  I read on another list some people have actually fallen for this same and gave information.  IF ITS SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE THEN IS MOST PROBABLY IS !!!

got a call from UNITED STATES GRANT IN WASHINGTON DC. was a foreign woman and the name CONNIE LYNCH came up on my caller ID. this woman gave me a confirmation number of ASL131 and said call her supervisor, NICOLE MOORE @ 205-419-8844, so for sh..s n giggles, I called it and low n behold, if it didnt sound like the first woman I talked to! bunch of BS SCAMMERS, WHO N THIS IS MY OPINION, SOUND LIKETHEY ARE FROM THE MIDDLE EAST. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST CAL IVE RECEIVED FROM THIS TYPE OF "AGENCY"! I got a call from THE LEGAL DEPT. from some place stating I owe for a payday lian I got in january of this year. Received a call from this number 252-210-2543. I have been called from this number several times, finally answered. Same deal, man called me by name claimed to be from a government grant team, but the amount of the grant kept changing. I pressed him for information as to what agency he was from and when I told him to remove me from his list; he began with f***** you and I'm going to do this to your family and wife. So I hung up the phone and cntacted the police. Can't believe scammers are this disgusting.

This number called me today and said the government was gonna give me $10,000 dollars in my bank account/ credit card or cash gave me a verification code and everything!! gave me another number to call 202-436-9715 to contact the supervisor. I didn't call. O yeah and its a grant i dont have to pay taxes on it either or pay it back !! LOL

I got a call from this number also.  The name of Jean Mitchell came up as the caller.  Don't know this person and didn't answer.

I receive a phone call on my home phone today.  A man said hello (call me by name) in a very professional sounding voice.  When the phone was not answered someone started saying hello, hello and a female voice between the hellos said y o u w h o repeatedly.  The caller ID gave the name of Connie Lynch.

Someone called from 252-210-2543 the name on the caller ID was  Jean Mitchell, I did not answer the call. I have received multiple phone calls from this number, but this is the first time that name has showed up.

I have received multiple phone calls from this number at all hours and I have told them multiple times not to call me. Finally I snapped and told them not to f****ng call me again I hung up and they called me back and said f*** you too.

didn't say a word.  not sure who they are, but they need not call me.
