calls several times a week who is this? very annoying

keeps callin from this number with a jamaican or african accent claiming to be a health care worker taken donations for single mothers and etc.  who is this who does this number belong to???

called asking for my dad,has thick jamaican accent, calls himself mr. washington, said that my dad had won 5.5 million dollars and a 2009 mercedes benz, he said that i must go to a western union and send 500 dollars to "5 oxford rd kingston jamaiica" he repeatedly told me to spell jamaica with 2 i's, he also called from two other numbers 702-520-8034(las vegas area code)and 876-588-3209. after i played along and said that i would go to the bank he kept calling to make shure that the transaction went through, he called about 12 times from the 702 #, 6 times from the 876 #, and 2 times from the 252 number.

Call about 7:45 pm during "family time" don't know the number-don't answer it. Thanks for this site it's great!
