Robocall with "Short 5 Question Survey about Upcoming Special Election in Virginia"

Received two calls. Voicemail message for one seemed to cutoff just after it heard the beep, so the only words were "...for the center... *click*". It's certainly a robo call of some kind, blocking.

This simply another phony computer-generated or tie-line number from a scam faudster devil-worshipping outfit.  Shows up on Caller Id as Unavailable. The worst things you could do is give them any personal data and card numbers, which will result in identity theft and fraudulent charges on your cards.  They use phony tie-line telephone numbers from all over the U.S.A. and foreign call centers, with an ever-changing menu of come-ons and scams.  Enough complaints to the FTC and your local law enforcement and they will take action, as every call can be traced and tracked down, as there are a number of criminal enterprises that issue these numbers or the devils just pirate them.

Suffice to say, in my household, no one answers calls that are unfamiliar names or numbers, or when the Caller Id shows no name, or Private, Blocked, Unavailable, Out of State, etc. This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators.  This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other.  Any business must be properly identified on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc.  It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether charitable, political, survey, opinion poll, telemarketer, debt collector, credit card service or whatever.  You can be assured that funds donated or offered over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges.  There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there. We are being overwhelmed by all of these nonsense telephone calls, another form of terrorism.  They all need to be locked up. We need call control, not gun control!

Called twice this evening, first at 5:56 then again at 6:56; id "Unavailable". No message.

I repeatedly get a call from 703-997-6186 which is in my area code 703 of Northern Virginia.
When I pick up the phone there is no voice. I hang up and call back at that number and get a recording that says:

"Thanks for the call. Configure your numbers voice you are out to change this message.
Let us know if we can help you during your development."

It does not make sense

They have called me twice in the last hour.  I don't pick up and they don't leave a message.

Received many call from this number.  I don't know the number, so I never pick up.  They don't leave any message.

Caller ID said Arlington, Virginia (where I live) but do not know anyone at this number and they did not leave a voicemail.  I assume it's another charity looking for donations; wish I had all the money these callers seem to think I have.  Retiree living on Social Security with multitude of health problems so not able to give as much as I'd like to give.  Times are damn tough all around these days.

Caller ID said "Out of Area" but area code (703) is the same as our's.  No message left.

Call from this number at 5:47 PM November 6. I never pick up if I don't recognize the name or number. Probably a scam or someone looking for money.
