Call from this number at 11:40 a.m.  Left no message, and I don't answer numbers I don't recognize or don't know.  Our elderly neighbor was recently a victim of a scam. Started out through the mail, and unfortunately they got her number, and were calling her harassing her from various Eastern prefix numbers, but none were from North Carolina.
