I Just got a call from +252 2973172. I checked google, the country code is for Somalia. I didn't answer, it rang only once and I put the number in True caller app and it didn't have any information only said (this is a Somalia landline number).
Obviously a scam trying to steal money through charging our telecom provider.

Calling back really charges one a lot. I made just 13 seconds and I was charged 42 Naira already. It's crazy.

Have got 5 missed calls at odd hours of the day since the last 2 days.. Don't call them back as these are hotline numbers and your mobile carrier provider will charge you Rs. 100 per minute. Have checked this with the telecom operators..

Don't call back these number, that's what they want, you call them back and your provider charges you for that international call and they get paid for that incoming call, its like international premium number.
just ignore it after couple of days they remove you from their lists, assuming that you are not goanna fall in their trap.
