this number has called my house about 30 times in 2 weeks, saying that it is a collect cellular call. When they go to give there name it is a bunch of static. I called the phone company to have collect calls blocked but that does not work!

they call all time's of the day and night. To this date they have now proabably called my house about 75 times in the past month. You can never understand what they are saying when they are supposed to be giving their name. This is really starting to make me mad, but there is nothing EMBARQ can do about it. I have already tried the collect call block.

I got a voice mail message from this number telling me it would cost money to accept the call and giving me the option to hang up before the costs started to run.....
