Got a call from these goons again.  Reported appropriately.

This is a collection agency called Online Information Services.  They have a sequence of numbers, including 252-754-1608.  It is obvious when they leave a voicemail with a reference number.

These morons have called me at 8:01 AM for the past 2 days.  I don't answer and no message is left.  Judging from other posts and calls from other debt collectors, they're probably looking for the other morons who owned my number long before me and must have owed everybody!  It does no good to explain to these idiots I'm not the person they're looking for, so I don't answer any call I don't recognize the number.

Every morning @ 8am  this number calls & never leaves a message.  Been going on about 4 months now.

this # calls me and says there the dept collectors and i owe them money for my utility bills.  do not fall for that no matter what

i got it, called no answer. weird.

This number keeps calling my house looking for someone who is NOT here! Like others, they apparently went by how our number is listed with the same first name initial. I have reported them to the FCC and filed a complaint. I urge others to do the same. Don't know who they are, but after 40-50 calls, you would think they'd realize they are NOT going to get a call back and maybe need to MOVE ON!

they keep call our Buisness line and when they find out it's a buisness they just hang up. That is so RUDE

THIS COMPANY CALLS AT LEAST TWICE DAILY FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS.  THEY ARE LOOKING FOR RANDALL CARTER. SINCE MY FIRST INITIAL IS R (NOT FOR RANDALL), THEY CONTINUE TO CALL.  NOW THE CALLS ARE JUST DEAD AIR.  THE NUMBER THEY LEAVE TO CALL BACK (WHEN THEY "DO" LEAVE A NUMBER) IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER.  WHEN I CALL THE INCOMING NUMBER BACK, IT JUST RINGS UNTIL IT DISCONNECTS.  AT FIRST, THERE WAS ACTUALLY A PERSON ON THE PHONE.  THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD EVERY TIME THAT THERE IS NO RANDALL CARTER AT THIS NUMBER.  MY WIFE WORKS NIGHTS AND THE CALLS WAKE HER UP EVERY DAY.  THE CALLS NOW COME FROM AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND THERE IS NO ONE EVEN THERE TO TALK TO.  THE ONLY INFORMATION I CAN FIND ON THE INTERNET IS A "PAY FOR INORMATION" SITE.  THIS IS NOT RIGHT THAT WE ARE BEING HARASSED FROM A NUMBER WHERE WE CAN'T TALK TO A PERSON, CALL BACK THE RETURN NUMBER, OR FIND OUT WHO IS CALLING.  THERE HAS TO BE SOMETHING WE CAN DO.  HARASSMENT IS ILLEGAL.  HOW DOES THIS COMPANY GET AWAY WITH IT?  ARE THEY TIED TO GOVERNMENT SOMEHOW OR IS SOMEONE COVERING UP FOR THEM?  I WANT AN EXPLANATION.  WHO DO I HAVE TO GO TO TO GET INFORMATION ON THIS PERSON OR COMPANY?

I am an old lady and have heart trouble and that same number called me yesterday and this morning. I don't know who it is, I tried to call the number back and the phone just keep ringing and ringing. Please, i wish they would just leave me alone. Im from greenville, NC.

I have been getting continued calls from this number and it gives you an 877-828-4037 which mail box is always full. They are asking for a Samson W Saffran who killed himself in October 2002. I would like to get them this message. They can search the Broward County, Florida records and also do a credit check which will show him deceased. These phone calls are harassing, because each time I get them I remember vividly seeing him shooting himself in the head. I want these phone calls stopped. He is dead.

I swear I wish I could be in the face of the person behide this number cause I knock the hell out of them , they really starting to get on my nerves calling on saturdays and sundays those are my relaxing days not days I wanna get b***s*** phone calls .... smh

I have been getting this call now for about 2 months...every day at 8AM I called back once and they said I have an old debt with the electric company. I forgot about it....but when I answer the phone..all I get is air.

Called at 5PM, nobody there.  I think there is a law about harrassing people.  If they call again, I will call Greenville police like the above poster recommended.

Caller id said Online information. Used spouses name and said to call different number and use specific code regarding debt collection......there is NO debt to collect!!
