Threatening message from this caller if harassing. Calls my job needs to stop.

Received a call this morning from Kevin Peterson. This is how he started his message: "This message is intended for Freddie. Hey Freddie the right second you receive this message I need you or your retain attorney of record to return the call...."  Seriously? Kevin you can't even read the dang script properly. The right second? What the hell does that even mean? Is there a left second? *smh*

If you do answer one of these calls....Keep repeating back everything he says "for clarification." :-) Eventually he will get so pissed of at you HE will hang-up. First rule of telemarketers: Never hang-up! So Kevin Peterson - the right second you hung-up....you failed!!!!  Come on, call me back. I was just getting started!

I received a call from Austin Black, told me if I didn't call back in 2 hrs I would have legal action brought against me at my place of umployment or residence. Yes, I believe these guys are bogus. They try to catch you off guard to give them your full social security #. The last 4 digits is public knowledge. They use these threats to try to trap you into giving them info to scam you. They are always foreign and use different american names. If they were legit they would identify what company they are calling from. In addition the payday companies do have all the info like your name, address, bank info etc.

Recieved call from a gentlmen named Austin (but foreign)stating he was with US Cash Advance and that I had a payday loan that they were taking legal action against me. Unsure what this is all about however i believe the same people called me several years ago and I had to have them reported to the FCC

yeah same Here calling me with threats saying they are going to send a sherif with the legal documintation about some loan i never did. i called them back with anger to stop calling me with their BS. all the guys did have a foreign accent.

different numbers call about the sane stuff you are all talking about.when do the stop calling? who can i tell

This company is calling my cell, I dont even know how they got the number, the guy is foreign sounding and he calls saying if you dont call right away the good luck to you. I say just dont return the call. If you do then that acknowledges that you did something wrong. The person above stated its from a payday loan company. I dont have any out so dont know what this is for. I will not be returning the call

This number calls my work, my mother and my home.  Everytime they threaten to have me arrested if I don't return the call right away.  I talked to the guy twice and he was very vague and gave no information about what company he actually worked for.  However, he did know a lot about me including my bank account number, routing number, home address and social security number.  He finally claimed to be with a payday loan company that he claims loaned me 1800 and  he wanted me to agree to let him take the 1800 out of my account ASAP.  (to avoid going to jail .)  Funny, my total balance at the time was 1800.  I have no payday loans at ALL.   I have since closed my account and given this number to the better business bureau and my attroney as well.  Please be careful when you talk to them, they are trying to get you to agree to let them take large sums of money from your acount for a loan they say you got.  It's better to just not talk to them at all and they will evenutally stop calling.

Calls from this number leaves threatening phone calls -something about my returning his phone call or hearing from my attorney regarding something unspecific - is not clear on why their calling or about what. Mostly are trying to use scare tactic and be intimidating. Has a foreign sounding voice and my caller ID says coming  somewhere from Federal Way, Washington. I believe they are the International Bogus Debt Collection Phone Scam reported about. He calls about once a day also , states his name, which I'm sure is phony, as each time his name is different. Leaves no company name either.
