Got a call at work from this number. Not a automated number bu claimed to be a process server and asked my boss for my address and phone number.

Did not answer, just said Supplier

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

If I am correct...I believe the "don't call list"has to be updated by your request every so many years. It might be worth checking into it myself. I personally don't answer my phone if I don't know who is on the other end.

ever since i bought the cell fone last November i get all these unwanted; annoying calls which i RARELY answer.
do not call list is a JOKE; typical government semi-retirement po'sition.

my suggestion - prezuming all of us only get these on our cell phones - is to threaten your CARRIER that you will unsubscribe if they dont do something quickie pronto.

Got another one of their hang-up calls today May 25, 2012. Caller id reads: 253-236-2032 CUSTOMER SVC. Though we are on DO NOT CALL LIST, someone must be getting paid for submitting our names and phone #'s to these self-serving idiot telemarketers and/or scammers!!

This sounds like an attempt at identity theft, especially since you do not even own a credit card.  NEVER NEVER NEVER give your credit/debit card info over the phone to an unknown caller, no matter how "legitimate" they may seem!  Thank goodness you questioned it in time before giving out your debit card info.

I also received a call from this number, but in my case they were claiming that my telephone bill payment was late (it isn't).  

We should all report this number to the FCC. (I will!)  The more complaints the FCC receives, the more likely that the FCC will shut them down.

Caller ID read "Credit Card Tel."  Picked it up to hear a recording with a female voice identifying herself as "Heather from Card Services" who went into the usual lower-your-interest-rate scam.  Since pressing 2 to discontinue further calls never works anyway, I hung on.  Man with an east Indian accent came on.  I asked how his company got our home # since we're on the Do Not Call registry.  He said "oh" and hung up on me.  Filed complaint on the do not call website, for whatever good that will do. ::sigh::

Got a call from this # but did not answer.  I put the number on my block list.  I found a whistle will discourage them or a small fog horn from Wal Mart will discourage them.  Also, you might want to put their number on call forward to the local FBI office or to the FCC in Washington, DC.

The Natinal nocalling list is not worth the paper it's written on.

They're phishing for information. I ignore their calls and they won't get any info from me.

I tracked down the phone carrier for this # as well. The carrier is Level 3 Communications in Washington. I called them and they could care less. The gentleman Daryl was rude and the least bit concerned. I tried to give him the phone number of their customer he took it and rushed me off the phone.Daryl said I would need to contact my phone company and they would look into it. Not the case. I got a phone call from this number today and this is fraud. This is a phishing scam trying to get card info I have reported them to Discover card who is launching an investigation into this..I am making my way through my card companies and suggest that you all do the same. They are clearly not located in Kent Washington as not one of the reps is capable of speaking English.Do not pick up when they call and do not call back you will not get an answer. Report them to all of your cardholders they specifically mentioned Chase Citibank and Discover when I was on the phone today.I continued to ask the gentleman questions he eventually hung up on me! Also keep in mind your credit card company will never ask you for your card number online or over the phone.

Oh for heaven's sake!  Have most of you people been living under a rock?  The SOS - "cardmember services" - a HUGE scam trying to get your personal info.  And for those of you who hit 1 or whatever to be "removed", all you're doing is telling them it's a *live* number.  They will continue to call you.  Why on EARTH would you actually DO something some unknown name/number tells you to do???!!!  Just DO NOT ANSWER. If you actually speak with someone, 99% of the time they hang up on you or cuss at you!  Just don't ever answer calls/numbers you don't know; if it's REALLY important, they'll leave a message!  Of course, "Rachel" and "Heather" often leave a PARTIAL message (by design, I'm sure) saying "there's nothing wrong with your card..."  IGNORE!!!

Received call from this number on my cell, same as all the others.....  no problem with your c/c but press 1 (or 9) to get a 6.9% rate.   Pressed 1, told the lady who barely spoke English to remove my number from their call list, and she hung up on me.

Aren't they required to give you the opt out on their original message?  I had to call them back, then press 1 to get my number removed "within about 72 hours".   I got a call yesterday, and the day before....  same call, different area code and number.   So I have to do this with 2000 different numbers before they get tired of harassing me?

I have received calls from this number for over a year. I suspect they auto-call my number everyday. It begins with an alert about a credit card issues that i needs attention. When I have asked for a supervisor or questioned them about being connected to my credit card company they have either hung up, or lately started to yell obscenities at me. Today I supposedly spoke to Adam from Miami, FL. When I called the operator it was discovered that this number was from Washington State area code. My operator informed me that this is all fraudulent and a fishing scam. I thought I could someone get them to stop calling, but this is a phone number coming from thieves, not a legitimate company.

I also got cals from 253.236.2032. Did not answer. Called cell from 253.246.8514, again did not answer. Thanks to all who post and you know the scammers are still at it. I don't answer any calls that I don't know who they are!
