The stopped called for awhile and then they started again. After a long search, I finally answered and they actually answered this time too. 253.248.8573 is E Merchant Middle Man located at 3217 E. Shea Blvd, Suite 306, Somewhere in Washington State. Their direct number is 888.477.4521 and their website is www.emerchantmiddleman.com. This is a scam but if you call them directly, they will take your name off their list and apologize for any inconvenience. I did tell them that I would post their information so that people can know how to get a hold of them. We will see if they call again.
