Slamming the phone does nothing.  It's a recorder.  If you press 4 to talk with someone, "All their sales representatives are busy" and they ask you to leave your name/number.  Do repeated call backs.  The recorder can only take so many.

Company calls itself "HARP."

Irritating as hell.  I give repeated call backs to kill their line.

They keep calling even though I have told them not to call. Selling HARP...that I do not need, very annoying.

Also got a call mumbling an offer to refinance my house if I was underwater or behind in payments. Press 8 if you want to speak with someone who would cheat an old man out of his life savings.
Who the devil would arrange a refi from an unsolicited phone call from out of the area? Didnt leave a company name....typical scam krappe!
And another thing...the DNC registry isn't worth the powder to blow my nose! Means nothing to these monkeys!
