Recieved a call asking for someone with my last name. When I said no one here by that name they wanted to now if I knew him. When I asked if he was a collection agencey he said no, He was with the whch sounded like IRS . He had a accent which seems like from the east coast. He said the address was listed as a contact. When I asked what address he said he could not give out that information. Kept asking whether I knew him or anything about him. I kept telling him I could not give him any information just like him. That I do not give any information over the phone as I really do not know who he really is. He was almost begging for me to tell him something.  I played with him awhile and then said thank you and hung up.  I am sure he was going thru the book calling any number with the same last name.

ARS National Services collection service is what the lady said was the name of of company when I called the number back. Looking for someone I did not know.

Do tell. How do you know it's a bill collector out of Arizona when calling the number back only gives you a message that the number can not be reached? You must be the collector. BTW, calling with no intent to talk to anyone is harassment.

Keep calling me and hanging up-

I get calls from them too on a regular basis and all they do is hang up the phone. You can hear them actually hanging up the phone. I never have answered the phone when they call. They dont leave messages either. What a bunch of losers.

Caller is a debt collector calling for someone who is not even at my number and I don't even know. The calls had better stop now that I've notified them that they have the wrong number. I'm reviewing the Fair Debt Collection Act to see what recourse I have if they don't stop......

They just called. I let the answer machine get it because I don't answer calls I don't recognize. It was a recording w/ music playing and every so often a voice would chime in and say something about please wait while on hold. WT...??? The # I searched was from an office in Federal Way Washington state. When I called to have them remove my # from their list she said they were not telemarketers. I said I don't care remove my # from your calling list. Then when I started to tell her about the obnoxious message she hung up on me. I believe it would have played until the end of my tape, it just kept looping the same message.

calls and never leaves a message.  If you can't leave a message you aren't worth talking to.  Never answer the phone to this number.

I just got a call from this number, they wanted me to verify my address, I asked who are you and she says "I can't give you any info until you verify your birthdate, and do you live at*********, I said I'm not verifying anything until you tell me who you are, which she wouldn't so I hung up. Now I know not to take calls from this number again.

Call is from a debt collection agency calling for someone unknown. They really don't seem like it if you mention you are recording your call into them which raises red flags for me....

Got a call from this number 1 253 336 4705.  It is a bill collector out of Arizona working on behalf of those credit card companies. You know the deal. They call under an alias number that you can't call back because they put a block on it. But I get the a voice mail saying to call them back at a 1 800 extension.

I get calls from this number a lot and they never leave a message. Since I dont recognize the number I dont answer the phone. It would be nice if they just left a message and stopped calling. I guess some folks have nothing better to do all day than to call people and harass them. Better them than me.

They call almost everyday and don't leave a message, if it even rings long enough for it to pick up. Most times it rings twice and then they hang up.

Keep calling me and hanging up-must be bored-sad person-PRAY FOR THEM!!!

Caller wouldnt give details of who he was or where he was calling from other than MR.Hancock looking for someone who is not the number he called me on.
