Google this number and you'll see the scam that they attempted on us. They have contacted hundreds of folks to scam.

We just confirmed this is a Pac-West phone number (verified thru Pac-West themselves). They are limited on what they can do unless the receive multiple complaints and even then, may be unable to do anything unless they receive info from a law enformcement agency. We were directed by local law enforcement to contact the FBI filed office in Washington via phone and file the complaint with them. Only took 3 minutes so I suggest you contact them at (206) 622-0460 and then contact Pac West at 1-877-626-4325.

From Michigan......All this pass week I've been getting calls 5 times a day.  As soon as I answered they hung up until the last one when she spoke of a grant we were to get.  She wanted my account number.   I hung up on her.  Frustrated in Michigan

they continue to call me over and over and hang up, then they ask for me and when i say this is she they hang up, i received 12 calls from them in one day..

Some foreign lady called last week from this number and asked for me by name - I told her that person was not here and asked to take a message and she hung up.  They have called me several times a day since then and hung up when I answered.  Today when they called me I didn't say anything - after a moment she asked if anyone was there and I said Hello.  She said her name was Amanda from Freeline Financial or something and said I had 'won' $400,000.00 in free grant money that I didn't have to pay back - she just needed to confirm my bank information - I told her how cool!  I work for the Government!  She couldn't hang up quick enough!

Received a call from them last night.  I was told I was eligible for a grant, but had to give my checking account information.  I told them I wasn't interested.  They've called twice today again.

The DO-NOT-CALL Registry reports these for us to ALL US officials.  It would be posted within their database so the more we call and report it, the easier time they will have.  I've been going to school for fraud investigations and criminal justice, so I'm not speaking out of turn.  Officals need this information.  If you have time to report it on this board, report it on the other one as well...it just takes a couple seconds.  It is easier and saves you a dime, especially if you don't live in the Washington area.

This should help.  I've been getting calls too...3-4 times a day.  Saying pretty much the same in regards to being approved for a minimum of $5000..she's got a heavier accented voice as maybe Hindu; also A LOT of static.  I just kept on telling her that I couldn't hear her, and made her repeat herself numerous times, then I told them to try back when they get a decent phone line!

Sorry that was the 1-253-390-6784 number as well.

Been getting a lot of calls from this one and tonight when my husband said, "look I don't know how you got this number" and before he could say anything else the lady said, "save me your sob story" and hung up on him.  Needless to say he was pissed but he's been trying to find grants online to start his online business so I just said that's what you get for giving out our number online.

Same thing here...they usually hang up though.  Here it is 9:30 and this is the 5th time they've called today.  In the last week it has been over 20 times.  Someone should be shot!!!!

I got a call about 9:30pm and they repeated my address to me and asked me if this was correct and that they were giving money from a government grant and when I said I didn't apply they said you didn't have to the government gives away thousands of dollars every year and they pick you at random and you qualify because you are in a certain income range.

Then she hung up!

Called twice today on my cellphone. Not recognizing the number, I let it go to voicemail. Called the number back and it said to leave a message or to send a fax.

Calls every single night several times.

I received two calls in one day from this number. The second time I answered and she kept asking me if I wanted my grant. I kept asking her questions and she (with a distinct Indian accent) kept asking me if I wanted my grant.

How about you send me money and I'll tell you anything you want later?

i am getting call details from the number 253-390-6784. when i try to answer this call they are disconnecting the line.. i am getting this idiotic calls daily ..it is truly a big headache

This is what you do, you go and register your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry List. Type into Google, National Do Not Call Registry and then it will bring up the website where you can register your phone number. There are steps that you have to follow so make sure you follow through all the way to get your number registered but trust me it is so worth the two steps it takes to do this. I was getting phone calls from these people and I told them on the advice of the detective from the police department to just keep calling me, that if they continued "WE WOULD BE GOING TO COURT AND I MEAN BUSINESS!!!" I gave them three warnings, each time they called, I returned that call with the warning and left the message, keep calling me, you've been told and I am NOT playing, I am on the National DO NOT CALL REGISTRY LIST we will go to court and I will seek the maximum. I will not keep telling you to stop calling my number, do not call this number again!!!!! The last phone call I received to date was on October 16th and today is October 23rd so I haven't received calls from them for one week.
I told the detective that I was worried about that being a threat and she said no that you are informing them not to call your number and what the consequences will be if they continue. You are within your rights to do this because they are violating your's with harassing phone calls. All they are wanting is to sell you something you don't need or want and they are doing this as a scam on top of that. They can't sell a GRANT!!!

I asked the woman to stop calling, after a week of nonstop calls, and she said "whatever" in the most rude and infuriating tone.  Nobody knows how these people are?!

I have not yet answered any of these calls. I am waiting for them to leave a voicemail. I continue to recieve calls from 1000 until 2200. When I call the number back I always get a voicemail stating to press 1 to leave a voicemail or press 2 to send a fax.

Just started receiving calls from this # yesterday.  They call, we answer and they hang up.  Very annoying.  This isn't the only group that does this and they all seem to have info that they shouldn't claiming that we have "qualified" for "Grants" mortgages ect and all have an East Indian accent.

They have called 3 times today and just hang up. The last call I rec'd was about 5 minutes ago and she asked for my grandmother and I said that she was not available. She just hung up. I have tried myself to call the number but it asks if you want to leave a message or send a fax. What the hell. They need to stop calling!
