got a call today and previous day before today...it was a man with an accent that called asking for my name i told him wrong number and then he hung up...

I have grown very tired of these calls therfore I have submitted all the telephone numbers they have called me from to the FBI.  Hopefully something can be done about these scam artists.

I have also received the same call and she continued to talk by asking my name and contact naumber. Once I said yes she started saying about Grant From US Government and not even asking my status of living she started explaining why do I received the Grrnt Amount of $7000. She questioned do you know why this money granted to you? I said dontknow. Alright this is because any citizens who pay loans and Tax in time the will be awared this grant. So you are one of them. She requested not spend this money for Alcohol and Drug insteade for Debt and other paya bills grocessary only. I agreed and she said to provide the Credit card or direct deposit checkin account information so that the Goventment will transfer immidiately within few minutes and it is ready to use right now. I asked her to send a Check in my name as I dont have any credit card and she said such a huge amount will not be sent through mail or if do you have VISA Card she said and I dont have any type card and all I purchase a instant card and pay off I said. The moment I said she disconnected. I tried to google to get the information on Google Earth for Tacoma, WA it is Washington and its more than 2000miles from my place in USA. I tried by telephone number I got this site and I publishing the experiance.

I just got a call from this number saying the same thing. That the government was giving me a 7000 dollar grant that you can only receive once in your life time and never again and that I was chosen to get it now because I always did my taxes on time. I was like....um ok and how did u get my information? And he was getting mad and cause i was asking questions. but they thing is he knew my name and my previous address and idk who they are and how he has my information. Finally he was mad because I wouldn't give him information and was like " you are so stupid, if you're not interested then there's no point of talking to you" and hung up.

This number calls every day and hangs up answered this morning and said take me off your call list before anything else was said the Arabic caller said he would call me back tomorrow after after several minutes of telling him this he got an attitude and hung up I have revived the grant call before its fake these calls started when I went to Kaplin universitys sight (an online school) and the sight directed me to a page that retrives online college info my number it looked legit now I am bombarded with these calls nearly everyday but this number is the worst don't give anyone information over the phone ever they will will most certainly ruin your life!

This number keeps calling me and not leaving any message. Grant scam trying to get more information about me?

Been receiving calls found out Its a scam to steal money&ur idenity! When I informed the caller the gig was up& I knew it was a scam! That I would be reporting him to the FBI the calls stopped.

I received calls when I informed him I knew this was a scam and that I would be reporting him to the FBI as well as the media, the calls stopped.

Say the call was from "Washington"  I picked up and someone with an east Indian accent
asked me if a "so and so" was in.  so and so = my full name.......

I replied ummm this is and they HUNG UP on me.  

10 mins later I get a another call from
this Conmrksy number who has been harassing people.  

not sure if they are liked but will be blocking both number.
I work 3rd shift and they call ALL DAY LONG

this is the fifth call i recieved from these idian ppl... do not fall for this scam!!!!!!

This is the information that came up when I did a reverse look up of this number. I have received 3 calls in 2 days from this number from a man with a thick foreign accent...clearly I don't believe the man's name calling is Eric...his number has been spoofed it would seem. There should be a way to stop this kind of stuff from going on!

Its a local number but is a scam I am changing my phone number due to these calls. It was because I tried to get an online payday loan. Big mistake.

i just had a cll, from 253-503-1384  -  An Indian lady says that I have a Government Grant for 7000.00 and all she needs is my credit card or debit card# to recv the money direct deposit.  I asked that she send a paper check and she says that tey can not do that for security purpouses.  When you call the number back, it says it has been disconnected and hangs up.  The number reverses to LISA M KELLEY PO BOX 13294 DES MOINES WA 98198-1005  253-503-1384. I asked her if I have to pay anything and she says I will talk to the loan officer ina minute who will explain everything.  If this is a grant then why do I have to speak to a loan officer!  I am not doing it!  Just send my grant with my income tax check.  Thank you

I have received this call also. Be careful even if you do not have anything to get, with the right information they can set up bogus accounts and take out loans in your name and ruin your credit rating or worse. They could create legal issues or even get medical service under your name. I work as an ID risk management specialist on a corporate level and have had experience dealing with this kind of lowlife.

I just got a call from this # the caller ID said Washington, I always type the # into google first if I don't know it. Glad I did cause I've read everyone post.

Just got another call from this number I'm about to report them to the police

Repeated calls. I don't answer.

They keep calling telling me I received a grant. But then ask for my personal info. I asked if I received a grant why don't they already have my personal info.

Who are this people, they said the same thing to me and when I said no the curse me out, the man have Indian accent

Just got a missed call from them. Tried to call but they turned their cell phone off. If they call back I am going to give them one of the other scammers phone number as my work number

Called and asked for another name.  A foreign accent.  They did not state their business and told me they would take my number off their list.

They just called again. I try to call back the # and its busy all the time. These people are scam artist. They are all full of crap. If you see their # don't Pick up.

They call and say I own them money. They can't even get their name right

Got a call from this number too, when you call the number back it states it is disconnected and no longer in use. Like others was offered $7,000 Government Grant, and wanted account information.

These jokers are calling me daily with this crap!
