Strange they said they are from Utah. 253 is an area code from Washington State. (I know because it's my area code.)

I got several phone calls from this number, everytime I answered they hung up. no idea who this is but it is local (for me). Very irritating because I use a pre-paid phone.

Called me everyday for a few days in a row.  Finally got a person today when I answered.  The lady stated that she was with a sweepstakes company out of Utah, and asked for a person I don't know.

When I told her that she had the wrong number she said that it was my number that had been selected, and that it was a sweepstakes for users of mastercard, visa, etc.  Then she asked if I did in fact have one of those cards.  That's when I told her I was not interested, and she said "Okay" and disconnected.  Definitely seemed like a scam.  I would've tried to stay on longer and get more info if I didn't have a 2 year old trying to destroy stuff in the other room...

Calls twice a day and never says anything.  Very annoying and intruding.

They have been calling for 3 days now. They don't say anything when I answer, and they either have a "non working number" or don't answer.

Calls several times a day and doesn't leave message.  If you call back no answer.  annoying

hang up calls. when answered, no one there, and when you call back you get a message that this is a non working number.  message 50.  

these type of calls should be illagle as they steal my phone min's, .

Same thing happened to me. Reporting 12537333642 number.
