This is the number that is being left to call back it shows up on caller ID as 000 on my cell.

They are always Asian males calling threatening court, jail coming to your work.  Give them no information!!!!!

They use various phone numbers - this one  and 510-544-0204 and 305-230-4996. Now they are also using females to make these calls. they tell you they have your social security number too.  Sounds like the calls are recorded as they will call back and say exactly the same thing, exactly the same way, inflection and all.  I have blocked the numbers on my phone now, but they come up with different numbers.  This is a phising scam that tries to scare you into sending them money.  If you tell them you are in law enforcement or an attorney they hang up fast.  
I don't understand why our government can't stop them so that the calls don't happen in the first place and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law for anyone that they have collected from illegally.  
Never answer their questions, just question them if you want to have fun with them.  They usually hang up.

Report to the Internet Crime Complaint Center http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG. Buy a whistle or air horn and use it, God will forgive.

i just received the same call from Tom Smith, wasn't sure what to think!  I can't believe these freakin people

OMG these freakazoids called me today and they called my work...saying that if i dont pay them money Im going to jail. They told me to enjoy my last weekend of freedom....scared me to death...then my Mom told me she got the same call a week ago!! She didnt pay it any mind bc she knew it was a scam but i was completely caught off guard!! I hope they catch these idiots. Ugh.

OMG! I just got a call from this Asian guy too. I was scared to death when they said I was going to get arrested for not paying a bill. People are so crazy!

I received the same message today from a Marge Smith, claiming that i need to call back asap or have my attorney call them back within 24hours or im going to jail, she didn't say even what it was regards to and wished me luck...WTF

The same man has been calling my house, saying I owe $8,000 dollars and that i will be arrested at court on friday!!!!! so my wife (the english pitbull on steroids) called him much to his dismay.. Hopefully they will not be calling back... But who do we report this to?????

Yep, my boss called me earlier today and gave me the same message, that some body wanted me to call that number...So, I did..and i told the Indian on the other end of the line to put me on with somebody who speaks English as their primary language. He said sure thing, let me transfer you to my supervisor. At this point, i got hung up on

Yes these people do not stop I have reported them to FTC and FBI and Attorney generals office but since these numbers are to disposable cell phones they can not be tracted last week they called from 646-626-6118 said he was Kevin Jones today they called from 253-753-2295 said he was Tom Smith do not answer the call they leave a message and a phone number the FBI can record the message that is left and they are trying to trace the call I was also told to notify Americas Most Wanted and if maybe enough people write to them they can run a segment and see if these people can be stopped all they are trying to do is harrass innocent people but it is very scary how they have your information.. DO NOT EVER SEND THEM MONEY THEY ARE A BIG SCAM KEEP GETTING THE WORD OUT MAYBE TOGEHTER WE CAN STOP THESE PEOPLE

YES  I'VE GOTTEN THE SAME CALL, FROM KEVIN ANDERSON. THEY ARE COMING TO ARREST ME FRIDAY MORNING IF I DON'T PAY $8,000+.  THERE  IS A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST FOR BANK FRAUD!  
I HAVE TRACED THIS NUMBER TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON AND HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE WASHING STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL,  MY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATION COMMISSION.  I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.  ALONG WITH THIS THEY HAVE HACKED INTO MY WESTERN UNION FILE AND TRIED TO SEND MONEY FROM IT.  IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU CALL WESTERN UNION IMMEDIATELY AND CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND ANY TRANSACTIONS THAT YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE.

is anyone else getting similar calls they give no info no acct numbers and say that i will be arrested...its crazy
