I believe I started to receive calls from this number after I signed up for the HGTV dream home sweepstakes online, or did the OnDemand Research for the free $25 Dunkin' Donuts Gift Card @ http://survey.ondemandresearch.com/  
I gave both my real phone number in understanding that they won't share the information with third party. I could be wrong but I am tying to connect the dots.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

This number is calling me all the time too. It never leaves a messsage. I wish I could figure out how to block it.

This number keeps calling me on my cell phone.  Never leaves a message.  This time asked for a person by name, when I said "he's not here" they hung up.  WTF?

This number has been calling me for over a month now. They've been calling about 5 or 6 times a day, and at very random times of the day as well. They have NEVER left a voicemail, and when I do answer the phone, they just hang up on me. It's like wtf, WHY ARE THEY CALLING ME? Like, what are they trying to prove by just calling people's numbers and then hanging up? That's just so weird. I can't imagine it's a company, or else they would actually say words like a normal person. I wish I could add more to help inform people who these weirdos are, but I have no idea. I'm all the way in Wisconsin, what would a person from Washington want from me? SOOO weird!

I keep getting calls from this number with 20 intervals, I answered once and heard nothing for about 3 seconds then the call ends...

F-N G D number has been calling me for a week now and approximately 10 times per day...harassment extreme that M-Fer!!!! Just now they have called for the 2nd time, I cant imagine how desperate you have to be to think that this an honorable job...I know times are tough, but I would just soon sleep in my car and beg during the day than do this kind of thing...

This is the 3rd time I've gotten a call from this number.  1st two times I sent it to voicemail since I do not recognize the #.  The last time I picked up but no one answered.
