I just received  a call from someone who was very foreign speaking and I could not understand him. It was very noisy in the background.  Told him I wasn't buying and he said why would I say that, so I hung up.  Came up as FRAUDSTER on my phone.

The people show as "Fraudster" on Caller ID. They call twice an hour. Going to file a complaint with the FTC. We'll shut 'em down.

Caller claimed he'd give me a Paypal refund for "computer services" if I just went to his website and entered some personal information in the refund form.  This guy is an obvious scammer, and I hope he gets in trouble before taking more money from people who are too trusting and/or computer illiterate.

I have been receiving calls from these JOKERS, and they say good bye right after you answer the phone and HANG UP!  The name that comes up on my caller ID is FRAUDSTER.  Nice name for a bunch of douches.

I started putting the caller on and he got very vile very fast describing what he would like to do to my wife, sister, daughter, etc.  I think he covered everything but the dog.  very nasty.

got this call a few mins ago, 1st times was a bad connection, lots of background noise, so I didn't say anything. I kept hearing a foreign voice saying Hello, Hello, Can you hear me. I hung up, they called right back, same noise & static, I didn't say anything again, I heard them say my name & can you hear me. I just held the phone till they hung up.

Came up on my call display that and another scam number 1425 998 1533 from WA.  Unless you specifically call for your own personal tech support no one will ever call you ....and if they call you out of the blue it is a scam.  Hangup.

easternaccent caller claiming to be from microsoft support saying my pc being hacked...wanted me to open up my pc and they would fix the problem...hung up when told i would not do so.

Got a call telling me they were from Windows support and their monitoring told them my computer IP address was being hacked. Insisted that I should open my computer up for them to help protect me. When I asked for contact info to call back (I could see the above id on my phone) I was told they were in NYC at 45 Chapelle and at 212-913-9653. They said their head office was in Portland but the speaker (sounded Indian or Pakistani) had a heavy accent and spoke a foreign language when asking others for clarification. Because I seemed skeptical another person came on and re-stated my need to accept their help or be open and responsible for results of hacking. Needless to say the first thing I did was disconnect from my network and obviously did nothing they asked but I do find it disconcerting that this is being cone.

got a call from them yesterday, saying they work for Microsoft and my computer is loaded with viruses. He had an accent and there was background noise. Told them the connection was bad and couldn't hear them and i hung up.

Called many times from Auborn Washington - East Indian accents - either asking me to log on my computer or asking me to give the access to my computer.  Telling me I am in danger or my computer is in danger.  When I ask them questions they hang up.

I get calls from these crooks every day. East Indian accents, lots of background noise, they speak very fast from a script. If you ask questions they hang up. The problem is, they call me 3 or 4 times per week. How can I stop this annoyance?

Called saying my windows had a problem.  I said no she said yes.  Foreign accent, lots of noise.  When asked where she was calling from she said "Beside your house".

Obviously a scam call concerning my computers security. When I said I didn't have a computer he said that I has dialled the wrong number and hung up.

I had a long call,warning me of problems in my computer!  There was an accent,background voices and call got in my computer (my fault) I cut him off saying I was done,would not buy his "protection".I hung up when he promised my computer would"CRACK"(not crash) unless I agreed tp signup!! Now 24 hours later,all is normal! He said he was Windows Security. My fault for not cutting him short!!

Is this a legimate phone call??
