I use to work there and the company is a collection agency that threatens people to get money from them and lie about the sheriffs office.they are located at 3482 Lawrenceville hwy,tucker ga....do not pay them the owner is Omar smith who goes by Paul Richards he has been scamming people since he was in newyork and moved down here..so if y'all get a call from anyone at Westwood do to pay them they even send u fake demand letters and fake paid in full letters then sell your file to someone else to collect then u pay again.please don't be stupid I was a employee there that's what we did scam ppl out money sorry but I'm giving it to you straight up..

Well I'm sorry folks She do not work at the sheriff office u guys can call and verify that at Harris county sheriffs office this company is a scam and a collection agency and is not located in Texas there in Georgia  scamming ppl out of there money...do not pay them I repeat do not o u will be sorry

Spoke to Mandy Johnson and I found out that she works at the sheriffs office and in deed she is a investirgator so you may wanna talk to her if she calls you I did verify that she is a fraud investirgator and do have every right to file a issuance for you but I'm so glad I cooperated with her cause I did make a mistake one time with a check.But I handled it thanks to her so maybe you will hire a attorney cause when it comes to the police I do not want a felony charge.

Well when the lady called me I did my research and indeed she was a investirgator with the county.so if she contacted you I would make sure I talk to her cause I spoke with the sheriff dept her in Texas and she was legit.

This person's name is Mandy Johnson and refuses to tell me who they work for but continuously calls my family members trying to find out information about me

This person was calling for someone else and claimed to be an investigator getting set to file a warrent for arrest of the woman who had the number before me. I explained they had the wrong number and continued to called and leave harrassing voice mails and threats of jail. I explained I would be filing a complaint and that they were violating the fair debt collections practices act by leaving such graphic information about the person they were persueing. I also believe they may have been violating the womans privacy as I was able to go online and find out just about everything about this woman without even knowing her. What I was able to find out is infact that the investigator had no arrest capibilities and was mearly a collection agancy using threat of arrest as a ploy to retain information or funds. This in itself is a violation of the fair debt collection practices act.
