Phone has rang twice today from this number. I answered the first time and said hello hello and nothing. i didn't answer the second time and they left no voice mail. don't know who it is.

This number came up as StarnetIncBir on my caller ID. I didn't answer the call. They called a couple of weeks ago and when I answered they said nothing so I hung up.

The number belongs to WCA Subscriber Services. What is WCA Subscriber Services? ... It's a discount shoppers club. AKA, telemarketers. They call homes randomly offering $25 Walmart cards for answering surveys.
